  4. Tranfer mixture to slow cooker.
  5. Place remaining ingredients except the chicken and garnishes in slow cooker and cook on medium heat for 2 1/2 hours.
  6. Add chicken and heat until chicken is warm.
  7. Keep on low heat until ready to serve.
