How it's cooked (7 steps)

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas.
  3. Transfer them to a mixing bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
  4. Spread out the chickpeas on an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet and bake at 425 F for 15 minutes.
  5. After 15 minutes remove pan from oven, transfer chickpeas back into the mixing bowl, stir and return to the baking sheet.
  6. Continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Remove pan from oven, toss with additional salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.
