How it's cooked (4 steps)

  1. Brown beef and drain fat. Mix packets taco seasoning and water and bring to boil 3-4 minutes. Let sit to thicken. Once thickened stir in 8 ounces of salsa
  2. In small bowl mix sour cream and 8 ounces salsa
  3. Layer 3-5 tortillas on the bottom of a lightly greased 8x10 glass pan so that it covers bottom and sides. Layer 1/2 beef mix, 1/3 sour cream mix, 1 cup cheese and tortillas. Place another layer or beef mix, sour cream mix and 1 cup cheese. Top with final layer of tortilla and top with remaining cheese
  4. Bake 350* for 30-45 minutes until heated through.
