• The X-ray. Paste any recipe — yours, your grandmother's, a rival's — and the engine draws its structure: where the salt, acid, fat and aromatics sit, and what the technique does to them. Drawn live from a 1,411-recipe, 36-cuisine corpus. Not tagged by hand; computed.
• The Weekly Five. Every Sunday, five recipes chosen for the cook you are. Four will feel like home. The fifth sits just past the edge of what you already love — on purpose.

1. 1. Take the taste test. Argue with the result — that argument is the feedback I want.
2. 2. Paste your signature recipe into the Workshop. Does the X-ray see what you know is in there? Where is it wrong?
3. 3. Share your type card or a recipe card (every share mints one automatically). If it reads you wrong, that's the most useful sentence you could send.

Palate doesn't compete with your recipes — it points cooks at recipes that fit them, including yours. The people who follow you already trust your taste; Palate gives that taste a shape they can carry into their own kitchens. The first creators on the platform are the ones it's being built around: what should a creator page show, what should sharing look like, what makes a recipe legible to the engine. Your fingerprints, this early, go deep.

On the referral program, honestly: there isn't one yet. One is coming, and the creators who show up during the beta — make an account, X-ray their dishes, tell me where it's wrong — are first in line, and keep Palate free forever. I'd rather say that plainly than imply more.
