How it's cooked (5 steps)

  1. Toss together the orange zest and juice, honey, wholegrain mustard and turkey strips and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the turkey strips over a high heat for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and sticky.
  3. Add the salad onions, remove from heat and toss.
  4. Divide the watercress, orange segments and tomatoes between servong plates and spoon the turkey over the yop.
  5. Drizzle with any pan juices and serve straight away.
